The NHL Lockout

Game 5. Sadly, they lost. :[

Why is there a lockout in the NHL?! After succumbing to the sheer awesomeness of the sport last year, I was so excited for the new 2012-2013 season. The most recent news on the matter is that the NHL and union will resume talks this Friday. Hopefully we can expect a later season..fingers crossed!
